After an interview with us, we will invite you to do a job shadow with one of our technicians. This will give you a chance to view the actual work we do and allow us to get to know each other better.

After the job shadow day, we will discuss with you if we believe you will be a good team member for Vent Pros. If you join the Vent Pros Teams then you begin focused technician training. You will start by working alongside a technician as their assistant. They teach you the processes and techniques that a dryer vent technician needs to execute. We will also give you access to a training guide and videos to assist your learning.

Once we feel you are ready to start taking on projects on your own, we will make sure you never feel alone. We are always here to answer any questions that may arise. Vent Pros is a family and we worked together to make sure our community is provided with high-quality and honest services. We never want to up-sale a client if the work isn’t absolutely needed. That is what we pride ourselves on, providing honest work that customers actually need.

We clean, repair, and install new dryer vents for residential, and commercial businesses. We also offer air duct cleaning, inspections, and pressure testing. Along with blower door testing and kitchen hood vent installations. There are over 17,000 fires a year caused by clogged dryer vents and we want to make sure our community members are not one of those.

  • Job Shadow Day — Cash Pay
  • Technician Training — $550/week.  Paid every other week
  • Lead Technician — Commission-based, the average technician receives between $48k to $52k salary
  • Start a new territory:  Top technicians can potentially purchase territory, and financing can be done within Vent Pros.  The opportunities are truly endless.
